REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines, thru its Bids and Awards Committee, is inviting all prospective suppliers to submit their lowest quotation for the Lease of One (1) Unit Digital Copier. Approved budget for the contract (ABC) is Seventy Eight Thousand Pesos (P78,000.00), inclusive of all government taxes and charges.
Quoted prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and shall be valid for a period of at least sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of quotation. Further, interested bidders shall provide the following Eligibility and Technical Requirements listed on the Terms of Reference attached herein. Quotations with incomplete documentary requirements shall be rejected.
All quotations must be duly signed and submitted, either electronically or via mail, on the address listed below, on or before March 28, 2022, 12:00PM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
